All our customers will have received emails informing them of their usernames and passwords in order to login to their customer account, if you havent received yours please contact us and we will get that sorted out.

Currently our CRM allows customers to view their invoices and details we hold on file about them, like contact details and suchlike, the future will hold many exciting new features including support tickets and projects so customers can keep track of their projects and view the status of them, customers can also view status of support tickets for problems with hosting, emails and website issues.

A CRM is a customer relationship manager, we want to improve the way we interact and work with you our valued customers and so will be soon launching our CRM. The first version of the system allows you to view, print and download invoices for any work we have completed for you. What we want you to do once you have received your login credentials is login, have a browse and let us know what you think.

At the moment the system is still in its Beta stage. When the system is 100% complete you will be able to see projects and any work requested and the status of that work, view and add support tickets for problems, updates or issues with your website or service. All our customers will soon be receiving more information.
