Our bespoke customer relation manager has had its first update, the web based account management software now shows information about your web hosting details, when it started and when it is about to expire, the system will also email you to remind you when its getting near the expiration date, all our customers need to do is login to the CRM with your details as provided and you will automatically see the new updates on the updated homepage.

Eventually all useful information will be easily accessible online by using our CRM so our valued customers have access to the data and information they need when they need it, plus being a lot more greener and not printing off letters and other letters which all can now be done electronically, this is our small way of doing our bit for the environment!
