Our customer relation manager or CRM as it is known has recently been updated and improved with some new features and functions, we are continually working towards getting all our customers using this and I ask for your help in achieving this through the use of the support system, google analytics and invoices, if you’re having problems with the system please let me know.

The following updates and fixes have been carried out:

• All invoices will now show the date paid as well as the date issued for both your records and our records
• Website tracking reports now allows you to view previous year’s results, currently data goes back to January 2009. These tracking reports are real-time and are produced by Google Analytics
• There was a problem with the logout button a few customers have mentioned, this has now been fixed and customers are able to logout the CRM after they have finished
• The invoice template has been updated to include the new company name eckhoMedia and relevant bank details updated
• On the login screen there is now a forgotten password function, if you have forgotten your password you may now reset it using a few simple steps, this allows you to manage your password and gain access whenever

eckhoCreative CRM

As usual time flies past and before we know it the blog posts of news have been neglected, during the month of January 2011 key members of staff from eckhoCreative attended the Open Volunteers meeting at Pride Bristol for the upcoming event held later this year, we were there to offer our support, help, advice and services to the event.

Bristol Pride has been busy making plans ready for Pride Bristol 2011, following the massive success of last years event where they had over 200 volunteers to drive the event forward, there have been lots of useful help and support going on behind the scenes and we are proud to be part of it and help in any way we can.

Bristol Pride 2011 is going to be bigger and better than last year, more volunteers, more visitors, more sponsors and to help with this we will be providing website maintenance, newsletter development and social media management to do all we can to help.

During February 2011 parent company eckhoSystems rebranded into eckhoMedia, this now means that eckhoCreative is part of the expanding eckhoMedia Group of companies. We are now in the process of updating the company websites and creating a new website just for eckhoMedia which will be announced nearer the time, our clients should of recently received an email from the Accounts manager informing you of invoice and payment changes that you need to be aware of.

So why the need to change our name you may be asking? The old name was put together about two years ago and as we have expanded and grown felt that the name didn’t fit in with our place in the market, our new name and branding is a lot more professional sounding and will take us well into the future, we wanted to retain the eckho part of the name and a new ending was felt the best option.
