The duration for a new website to be completed is dependant on the size of website and if there are any deadlines to be met, if there are deadlines then we will endeavour to have it completed in the timescale agreed, common delays in website construction is waiting for images and text from the customer.
Will we need to have a meeting to discuss the website design?
Not necessarily, most of our websites can be designed and built by purely email and telephone conversations, however for larger projects or for the more personal approach we can arrange face to face meetings to go through everything with you.
What aftersales service do you offer?
Once your website is complete we don't stop there, if you take out hosting with us we will constantly make sure the site is backed up, we will also be available for amendments, support and any other service we can offer so you get the best from your website.
Where do I host my website after you have designed it?
You can have your website hosted by us, we offer website hosting at a very competitive price, we will also register and configure domain names for you to allow you to have professional email addresses.
In what format should i supply words, images and keywords for my new website?
The best way to supply this is in digital format, anything that is paper based will not work well on any website, you can supply us with digital material by sending it to us by email or on a CD.
Will my website be found on search engines?

How do I update my website?
For updates to your website you simply need to contact us or submit a ticket using our CRM, every customer of ours is automcatically given access to the CRM, if you have a content managed system (CMS) website you can update the content yourself.
Can i have email accounts with my domain name?
Yes you can, we can help you choose the right domain name and setup your email addresses.

I have a website of my own, can you update it for me?
Yes we can, simply contact us and we can discuss in more detail what changes you would like made, this process can all be conducted by phone or email.

During a design how can I change things?
During the design stage we will send you concepts and status links so you can see how the work is developing, anything you don't like simply let us know and we can get it changed before the work goes live.
